Accessibility and Emit
Accessibility is a core tenant of Emit’s work.
If you have any access needs please reach out to our Accessibility Advocate, Lily Lipman, at LilyALipman@gmail.com
If possible, please reach out with 2 weeks notice so that we can start organizing the renting, purchasing, negotiating, or creating of whatever would make Emit easier for you!
If you can’t do that, don’t worry about it, please still reach out! Everyone deserves theater they can engage with and we’re going to do our best to make that happen. <3
Accessibility Guides
Emit’s Accessibility Advocate, Lily Lipman, developed these Accessibility Guides that our staff uses internally when developing curriculum, creating content for social media, and preparing for events. Other teaching artists and theatre companies are invited to use or adapt these guides for their own purposes.
